This Pay per click became a mantra now a days. All the people who work with adsense , and similar things know this word. When you post the adsense ads in your page, if a visitor gets interest in an ad and clicks the ad, then, you will get some amount for that click. This is called Pay per Click or PPC. How this happens. The merchant or advertiser bids for a keyword and agrees to pay certain amount for each click , with a daily budget for that expenditure. So, when some visitor clicks his ad, the google agency releases the amount which may be about 10% of the agreed amount to the publisher, ie the site owner of the site where the ad has been placed. Google releases this sum of the ad revenue when it crosses over $100 for non US publishers (site owners) every alternate month almost. You will get this cheque to your home address where ever you are.
If your content in the web page attracts rich PPC ads, you are fortunate. some ads will have about $1 per click, while most of the ads will have .05$ PPC.

If you click on your own ads, you will be kicked off by the adsense. Yes. kick for click. that is the equation. I was kicked too . But then i invented methods to re enter and now i am continuing well with lessons learnt. Let us see the theory, technology behind the kick off. google remembers the ip addresses of the system from which you access your adsense account to view your earnings, to generate ad code. If clicks come from the same ip address, it rises alert. It watches few clicks. When i continuously , happily clicked daily, the third or fourth day i was kicked out. Meanwhile i made some $10. All that earning has gone out.
Then i felt bad and thought i lost every thing. But i took up courage, searched net for a remedy and then i created another account from another ip address system and created an account. This is going on well.
The great pundits warn you not to cheat google. ok we agree and we dont like to cheat anyone. But we dont agree to the statement that google is intellegent and we are not. For that sake i now and then, for fun sake cheat it. When you go to a new place, new cyber cafe, you can open your website, identify high cost ads and click on one or two and then give a gap of few days. Change the cafe, place. Google can not detect . I dont agree a machine is more intellegent than a human being. But risk is always with you. Take some risks and invent new things.
Some other guru wrote in his 100 tips that repeated loading of your web page leads to kicking off by google. How foolish it is. The intellegent developers , managers contolling the adsense mechanism, code are not fools but they are truely intellegent. They never wrote a code to kick off a person for just reloading a page. I reloaded a page many many times, nothing happend to me but perfect loading of the page.
Another myth: google team is very friendly and they answer your questions.
This was the situation two years back. Now they got many changes and lot of work. They could not rectify their techinical problems with blogger for days together. Still many bugs are there in this blogger software. The blog is foolish in a way to block you blog under the suspicion of spam. The pretention is spam prevention. But i think 50% genuine blogs will be blocked by this bad , foolish code. I was blocked many many times, when some repeated url links are provided in pages, these are affiliate links. When you contact , you dont get reply. beta. blogger.com has come recently. I started around 20 blogs in that. It blocked all the sites in two days with a fear that i am spam spreader. My requests for a month, released only three blogs. Other blogs are in their jail waiting for release.
I lost my 40+ blogs at a time, from blogger without my mistake. I did not find them. Then i tried to create same blog with the same url. Blogger gave only few urls and other urls are not given to me. Those urls are not available when you click. Blogger says, they are already in use. This is a big bug.
Blogger retains most important keywords and will not allow you to have a blog with that keyword. Then you can add 1 or 2 to that keyword and create a blog.

Adult site myth and realities

The whole net is full with articles discouraging us to keep adsense ads on adult content pages or gambling sites. But i have conducted some tests in this regard and found astonishing results. I made some sites where the adult words are appearing. Some keyword density checking tools suggested these are objectionable to google. Then i removed. Took lot of care to directly put any adult word. For example erotic has been written as er0tic and so on so forth. But the site is on celebriety salma hayek. Visitors started coming and the flow increased well. Soon i never cared for adult words and freely used where ever needed. Google never objected. Happily it is making its business and i am making my business. Dude, this is afterall business. No sentiments here. links from gambling sites, adult sites will not throw you anywhere. You can use your descrition. I started another site, which writes some research on snakes. It uses adult words ,freely. No problem for me. People are searching with those adult words and google is bringing its hungry visitor to my site. So, it is just myth that adult words and adult content is disliked by google search engine. Do you know about one million people use google search engine for adult content. Then how can it reduce its business?
Google adsense myths:
I found people afraid of allowing their friends who are 1000s of miles away from them, to click on their website adsense ads. I know a woman who stays in canada and she requested me to visit her site but never to click on any ad. I got stomachfull of laughter. Google will not say anything if i click on those ads. I have the right and it would be honoured by the big business house google. If only one ip addres is clicking a particular site again and again many times, it will get suspicion. Then also they calculate the percentage of those clicks over all other clicks. Then only they may kick you out.

Search Engine algorithms, their own way

We mainly get traffic from google, yahoo and MSN search engines, though rarely we get from aol and netscpae search engines. But the later engines get support from google or yahoo. These three engines have their own algorithms to detect pages, to rank and to present in searches.
Google depends mainly on the content and it picks up combining the content from url, description, title and keywords and content. For some keywords it tries to locate the separate words from all of the above parts. Other search engines will also do to some extent in the same way.
Now all the three go in their own direction like three blind people, depending on their smell, sound and touch properties (senses). Very rarely i got equal ranking for the three search engines. Even if MSN gives top ranking like first three positions for a keyword, you may get enough traffic. But take care to see that the searches for the keyword is above 1000 per month. If it is around 8000 searches in yahoo search for past one month, any one top ranking would give enough traffic to you, which may be around 40 to 100 hits per day to your site.
Yaoo is said to have been largely depending on meta tags like description, keywords and title. If these three show that search word your page may rank. But i found some times yahoo will never find a page for even months together, probably it ignores the page for some unknown reasons.
pages from geocities get lower rank from other search engines. Bravehost.com pages are getting priority, because of its popularity.
one important word is you should be updating your blog frequently. The more frequent you update, the more importance the page gets.

I have many many web sites, prepared over years. I connected all the web sites with links. Some link centers are prepared as the search lights. These centers will be in different domains like blogger.com, bravehost.com, geocities.com and add all your links in those pages. Each link page should have around 40 links in that page, with some content in the top. From all your other sites, connect to these centers. Whenever there is a change in the link address, you can change only in the centers.
People advice to request others for link exchange. I dont know how far this would work. It is a tedious job to search for the owners and request them. One more important thing is, without page rank also your page can appear in search results, based on some other points. In such case it is futile to waste your time and energy in obtaining the pagerank. Page rank is required only in such case where competetion is high for a particular keyword and you want to be displayed only in that keyword.
Adding your site to directories is also a big trouble for ordinary people who just need some bucks from adsense. Dmoz.org is a peculiar site. We dont know their peculiar type of operations. Inspite of your requests, they dont add your site nor reply. You will find many useless sites already added in that dmoz directory. Becoming an editor is also not possible as they mostly turn down every genuine request. So, in my opinion , it is better to be away from these directories and wipe off the notion that inclusion in the directory will fetch some thing. We get nothing but a page rank around 4. without inclusions also, just like we are getting for some sites, without evern much content. I created some useless pages in a site. They got page rank 4, 5 for a few lines. These sites can be used to act as link centers.

Internal Links significance

Internal links are the links to other pages in the same website, mostly your own web site.
From your first , home page, provide links to almost all the pages, so that your site will be searched properly by search engine. But in practice i found no special advantage from this. The search engine is not searching all the links provided in the first page.
But one advantage we got. The traffic visit all the pages or maximum number of pages and thus it resulted in maximum clicks generating more ad revenue.
The theory says that a web page should not have more than 50 links. So, you restrict your links to 30 or so, as unknown links provided secretely by the web site, ads, counters occupy the rest of 15 links. A web page should have minimum 200 words to maximum 600 words. This is also not true. I found some pages with less than 200 words ranked by google as PR1 for no specific matter in that nor links exchanged.
reciprocal link exchange programs (like linkmarket.net) are not found very useful. But they help us in some way. the content through their links are read by the ad engines and provide some variety ads, which may bring costly ads to your site.

My recommendation is to download and have editplus html editor. If you prefer any other type of html editor or front page, it is ok. we have to build page with the help of this html editor. Knowing html tags, a bit of html code will help in improving the page.The title of the page should be the keyword. How to find key words?Go to http://inventory.overture.com or google external keyword tool at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal . Here, search for the keyword that suits your topic and select a less competetive keyword so that your page will be in the initial page listing, or search engine rankings. After fixing the title word, fill the meta tags in the page.if you want to know the meta tags, fill these tags in the head section of your html page.META NAME="Generator" CONTENT="EditPlus"META NAME="Author" CONTENT=""META NAME="Keywords" CONTENT="shoes woman"META NAME="Description" CONTENT="shoes for woman, most attractive shoes"META NAME="robots" CONTENT="all"The keywords to fill should be selected from the keywords list of the above mentioned keyword tools, or some times the most specific , unique keywords from your page can also be filled. I found google and yahoo search engines ignore most common and competetive keywords from the keyword tag, but rare keywords in the keyword tag will fetch the search engine to our page.When i kept some rare keywords, typograhical mistake keywords in my keyword tag, i got some visitors for that keyword though that keyword is not used in the page content. It is advised to use the keyword in the content too, so that your page will be strong.Description is very important. It should be attractive. This description would be shown in the search results. The user reads this description only and selects our site. So, we have to use attractive terms, eye catching terms here.
